As you settle into FullStory, we want to help you get a handle on the important details that will help you on your journey. New Hire Orientation is bucketed into a few components:
- Understanding FullStory
- These selections are here to help you hear where we've been, gain some context into why we are where we are today, and learn where we're going.
- Navigating FullStory
- These selections are designed for you to be prepared to understand people programs and culture. For instance, what is equity? How do we think about career growth? What is a post-mortem, and what norms do we have around meetings?
- Security Training
- This is a REQUIRED course for all NewStorians. It's imperative you complete this course within your first two weeks so that we can continue to maintain a squeaky-clean record for our security audits. We take our customers' privacy and security very seriously, and maintaining our certifications is crucial.
- Product Certification
- Once you've had a chance to be introduced to the app (more on that later), your next step will be to become certified in the product!
