Fullstory Anywhere: Activation makes it possible to let fullstory’s behavioral data shape your customer experience in real-time – whether that’s through personalization in-the-moment, support on-the-fly, or real-time streaming analytics.

By the end of this course, you'll be able to:

  1. Explain the Foundation of Activation
    1. Define the "Anywhere" concept, differentiate Activation from traditional data warehouses, and describe its core purpose, key characteristics, and the business problems it solves
  2. Apply Activation to Real-World Use Cases
    1. Illustrate how Activation enhances experiences for shoppers, gamers, bankers, and customer support agents, and explain the role of APIs in enabling these scenarios.
  3. Position Activation for Business Impact
